Hotel Living Part 2.

If i could describe what life has been like the past two weeks in one word, i'd pick:

CHALLENGING.

The weather hasn't been too great here.  I don't have a gps, so i'm afraid to drive to anywhere too far for fear of getting lost with my children.  (Has already happened once..not a fan of Schaumburg's road set up!).  

We've been to the mall twice, Ikea once (disaster), and that's honestly about it.

So i've been scrambling trying to find fun activities for Owen to do.  He's been watching way more tv then normal..Mickey Mouse Clubhouse has been saving my sanity! (we've watched the same episode 3 times...come on disney..let's get some new episodes!!)  He's been running the hallways-which is my attempt to expel some energy! ha!  We've been to the pool twice.  And tonight we're going to take him to Rain Forest Cafe, which i'm sure he'll ADORE!  Tomorrow i'll attempt to take him to a small petting zoo down the road.

We made the alphabet with pipe cleaners...

believe it or not, he was *quite* entertained

When all else fails, i pull out the computer and we take pictures of ourselves...

always provides a solid 20 minutes of entertainment for my tod:

Cora is pretty much happy wherever we go.  All she needs is her mom and dad and milk and shes covered.

That's the life...

We are so fortunate to be able to be together as a family for this 4 weeks Mark is training.  So i'm trying to think on that, and not complain too much,  They are really taking care of us.  But it is really difficult.

I look forward to coming home each weekend, thats for sure.
