Check out what came in my mailbox this week:
In case you can't tell, that's 4 Diapers (huggies brand. calculated at about .17 per diaper, which is usually on the low end) & 2 coupons for 2 FULL bottles of pantene shampoo or conditioner (4.99 value each!)
AND, the huggies diapers came with a high-value coupon as well!
So retail cost is APPROXIMATELY $10.70
all for frizzle.
